This i also called the water therapy. Water has no enemy as they say, so it is very necessary to drink water as much as you can cause it has no negative effect on the body. The only funny thing there is that it can make you pee as much as needful. Water is very vital to all living things, which include plants and animals.  Water belongs to the 6th class of food according my primary schools days. It may be funny though but that is a fact.
